When you place an order, you agree to our terms and conditions (read this) and we assume that you wish to receive the specified products. You will receive a confirmation email from us containing the order, the total purchase price ( including shipping costs) and payment options.
Legally you have 14 days to return your order. Your order will be sent to you within 5 working days after receiving your payment. When the product has already been send to you and you want to cancel the order, you must return the items at your own expense. After receiving the returned order, (not damaged and in the original packaging), you wil get the purchase price refunding to your specified bank account or PayPal account.
Payment and shipping
Payment is always in advance by bank or PayPal. Payment always mentioned in the order or order number. In the email confirmation you receive from us, you can find all company data to the purchase price (including shipping). If there is no payment after 7 days the order will be cancelled. Shipping within the Netherlands
Shipments (at your own risk) are provided by TNT-Post. The goods we send by default unless you specify otherwise. We use rates of TNT-Post. www.tntpost.nl
Shipping Europe & International
European and International shipments will follow the rule of the country and according to prevailing rates. For shipping list. Tab Shipping costs.
We assume you are the owner once the payment is completed. Artofmini.com will handle your product with care, packaging and ship to TNT-Post. Shipment of your order, as described at your own risk. You can choose your products registered or to be sent (note additional costs) to mitigate this risk. When you will not specify any special wish according shipment we will ship the product as a standard shipment. Artofmini.com cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transport or shipping.
Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive a confirmation by email within Artofmini.com stating when your order has been dispatched to TNT-Post. This will usually be the case within 5 working days. In exceptional cases (holidays etc) it can take a little longer. Where appropriate you will be informed by email. Guarantee and responsibility
3 days after purchase you can cancel or change your order. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within 7 days after purchase at your own expense return.
After a proper receipt of the product we will refund the net cost. For complaints, suggestions and or ideas please contact us. Within our capabilities, we will, in fairness, every effort to reach a solution.
By placing an order, you agree to the conditions. The last step of your order you will be asked to confirm this by clicking for approval.

The artofmini.com products offered on the website are usually in stock. Unfortunately, it is possible that an item is dameged during storage. When this is happens, you get the message that the article cannot be sold. Dameged items will not be sold or shipped.
